SHIPPING POLICY

We offer delivery to all emirates in the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Um Al Quain and Fujairah.

Our delivery for machines and equipment that is available ex-UAE stock is 2 working day and 6 weeks if on back order with the respective factory.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Equipify, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you wish to return or exchange a consumable product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

If the goods are unopened, we will provide a credit note for future purchases or replacement if required.
